Cancelling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Cooling-off period
You have a 14-business day cooling-off period to return the product without giving a reason, starting on the day of delivery. Please note: Personalized/custom-made products are an exception to this rule.
Returns
The product can only be returned if it is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please refer to Article 7 of our Terms and Conditions for more information.
If you wish to return your entire order, please return the items you received to the return address below. HappyGardner will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you return part of your order, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs. The purchase price for the returned part will be refunded, but the shipping costs will not be refunded.
You can choose to take the package to a PostNL post office. If you'd like the package collected from your home, HappyGardener can arrange this. Please contact us for the current collection fee.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made in writing to HappyGardener must be notified. Please use the returns form below or send us an email. Please include your full name and order number, as well as the items you wish to cancel, exchange, or return. To improve our customer service, we appreciate it if you let us know the reason for your cancellation, although this is not required under the Distance Selling Act.
For refunds of amounts already paid (in advance payments), we also need your bank account number. Customers from Belgium must also provide the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number of their own bank. Please note: the account number for the refund must be the same as the account number from which the payment was made. HappyGardener has done this to prevent potential refund fraud. Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within 14 days of notification of the return.
